Description
The Stankell application allows you to know the lifting times of the road bridge at the Rance dam (Ille-et-Vilaine, France).
Contrary to popular belief, the Rance dam does not necessarily close at every full hour. Road bridge closures depend primarily on boaters' requests and secondly on lock possibilities, which themselves depend on the tides.
Please note that this application is intended exclusively for ROAD USERS of the dam facilities. It is not intended for MARITIME USERS of the locks.
This is not a real-time application. Sylvinfo, creator of this program, cannot be held liable for any damages if EDF, the owner and operator of the facility, decides to modify the operation of its installations, particularly its lock schedules.
